Step 3: Wristy

Official Breathing Band™ (a.k.a. ‘Wristy’)

First, train your awareness by completing at least 5 Wordprints. Use info from your completed WordPrints to fill in the required spaces below and then you can add your Wristy. We’ll mail it to you. Currently there is no cost! It comes with an Awareness Academy snap-on, but if you want characters you can add the optional Level 1 Breathing Buddy Set for a small cost.

Prerequisites: Step 1 – Academy Welcome Letter, Step 2 – WordPrint.

  • Get the Wristy by training on WordPrints and submitting your work.
  • Kid’s Wristy glows in the dark and has a space that fits all Snap-On Breathing Buddies™.
  • Each Wristy comes with an Awareness Academy snap-on.

If you want the optional Breathing Buddies or Calm Coach characters you can add the Level 1 Breathing Buddy Set for a small cost. Other snap-ons will be available in the coming months.
