Just what, exactly, do we mean when we say “Pause & Get Calm”?
We mean pause… we mean stop what you are focused on… take a moment… take a breath.
What kind of a breath?
A slow, thoughtful, awareness breath. A deep, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5… focused breath. Inhale through the nose. Feel it slowly enter. Hold it for a moment. Just sit still with it for a moment… then let go and exhale completely. Feel the relax. Feel the letting go of any strong emotions. Notice how the thoughts fade. Notice how things inside just kind of quiet down. Notice how aware you become. How quietly aware and awake. What’s that feel like? How do you feel? Can you describe it?
When calm and aware we can consider a variety of thoughts, ideas and actions.
